Dear everyone,

Obviously, I’ve been away for some time, and the blog has come to a standstill, even a near death, but, do not fear, for I have returned!

I wish I had a good excuse for just up and leaving, but I don’t. Needless to say though, I’m diving back in. There’s still a few confessions in the inbox, which I’ll get to giving a picture once I’m home.

I hope you can all forgive me for the unannounced disappearance.

Hey, I finally convinced my girlfriend to play wow (If i let her get her keep her septum piercing) What would be a good pair for us to start together ( I play Alliance)

Hello! First of all, pretty awesome that your girl is going to try WoW, second, bit of a disclaimer here, I’m an RPer. Some people fight raidbosses, I fight imaginary monsters, and know next to nothing about stats, gear (unless it’s aesthetically pleasing), tactics, and other such things that concern those not only in it for the RP.

My advice? Explain, in short, what different classes do, and then let your girl have a pick of whatever she wants. When she’s made her character, pick a class that compliments the class she picked nicely. So, if she goes for a clothie, pick a more resilient class, and if she wants to try a tank, go for a healer!

Oh. And, having learnt from personal experience, I know rolling on a PvP server can put a big damper on a newbie’s leveling and pleasure derived from the game. I’d advise rolling on a PvE (or RP ;) ) realm.
